Overview

Pella Windows and Doors by Horne is seeking a Construction Services Manager to lead and enhance their installation builder services operation in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role involves overseeing execution excellence in new residential construction programs while collaborating with builders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead installation operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Establish and maintain scalable installation processes and workflows
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for builder and homeowner service issues
  • Partner with builders and contractors for alignment on schedules and execution
  • Recruit, train, and develop installation crews and field leaders
  • Manage installation budgets, labor costs, and job profitability
  • Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams on growth initiatives

Required skills

  • Experience in window/door or specialty construction trades
  • Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or project management systems
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors
  • Strong understanding of residential construction and jobsite workflows
