Job Description

Overview

Exxel Pacific is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead and manage various construction projects from pre-construction to completion. This role emphasizes teamwork and strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Oversee the on-site project team and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare project budgets and manage job costs.
  • Review and track value engineering and assist with estimate preparation.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.
  • Negotiate subcontractor change orders and prepare monthly payment applications.

Required skills

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Project Management and/or construction experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project components and contract management.
  • Proficiency in estimating software, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Bluebeam/PDF, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Viewpoint is beneficial.
