Job Description

Overview

The Bannett Group, LTD is seeking a Construction Project Manager specializing in healthcare construction to oversee projects in Cherry Hill, NJ. This full-time position requires travel to remote jobsites and entails managing multiple projects, focusing on client relations, safety, and budget management.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for owners/clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors to ensure quality and safety
  • Review and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and resolve issues
  • Secure all necessary building permits and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Lead project teams and foster collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage site superintendents to meet project deadlines and quality goals
  • Oversee project punch list and closeout process
  • Plan and conduct regular meetings with vendors and clients
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific protocols
  • Present project updates to stakeholders

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of healthcare construction experience
  • Proven success managing projects for major healthcare systems
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare construction requirements
  • Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Sage Timberline)
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and RFI management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with independent work performance
