Overview

Exxel Pacific is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Bellevue, Washington. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring successful project completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects including pre-construction, start-up, and close-out
  • Ensure project budget and job cost accountability
  • Oversee project team and subcontractor management
  • Participate in the review of construction documents and value engineering
  • Prepare project estimates, budgets, and contract documents
  • Conduct OAC meetings and coordinate with various project stakeholders
  • Monitor staffing and labor needs during project progression
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on job sites

Required skills

  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of Project Management or construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and mixed-use building project components
  • Experience with Owner contracts, subcontracts, billing, scheduling, and estimating
  • Proficiency in estimating software, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Bluebeam/PDF, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Viewpoint is a plus

  • Base salary range of $105,000-$145,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
