Analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently.Primary FocusEnsure the accuracy of timecard entries each week in the I-solved payroll systemCreate Weekly Payroll reports for management reviewProcess and reconcile payroll on a weekly basis including journal entries into QuickBooksCreating weekly certified payroll/prevailing wage reportsReporting hours worked into Client diversity systems as requiredProcess new hire paperwork and maintain team member records in the payroll systemEnter all updates - salary changes/benefit enrollments/etc. into the payroll systemMaintain confidential employee filesPrepare & submit 401k weekly & monthly contributionsAssist with preparation for annual accounting and 401k auditAssist with preparation of Insurance AuditsAdditional Duties to include:Office & Staff support, Including phone coverage as necessaryIFTA reports & filingsTruck Registrations & Annual Truck FilingsQualifications (Minimum 2 Year Experience)Accounting Software (Preferably QuickBooks)Excel - proficiency & Microsoft OfficeCertified PayrollPayroll ProcessingPluses (not requirements) - Construction Office experience, I-Solved Payroll, Notary
