Direct Concrete, LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for the Construction Laborer position in Matador, Texas. This role involves working outdoors to assist with site operations while maintaining a safe and productive job site.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general labor and jobsite cleanup
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Work as part of a team in outdoor conditions
  • Maintain knowledge and upkeep of inventory on site
  • Conduct general repairs and preventive maintenance

Required skills

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
  • Valid driver's license
  • Construction or equipment experience preferred
  • Operation of heavy machinery
  • Inventory keeping skills
  • Vehicle maintenance experience
  • OSHA certification
