Overview

Humble Construction Co. is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead and mentor a crew in a high-performance construction environment. The role requires a hands-on leader who can translate project drawings into action and ensure safety and quality in structural concrete and formwork projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a construction crew to meet safety and production goals
  • Set forms and manage scaffolding systems for construction projects
  • Navigate project drawings and manage elevation control using lasers and levels
  • Safely operate skid steers, telehandlers, and various power tools
  • Lead Toolbox Talks and enforce PPE compliance

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of related construction experience or training
  • Deep understanding of construction build sequences and site layout
  • Valid Driver's License/ID and equipment certifications
  • OSHA 30 (preferred, training provided)
  • Technical construction skills
  • Leadership and crew management
  • Safety compliance knowledge
  • Power tool operation
  • Skid steer and telehandler operation
