Overview

American Fence Company, Inc. is seeking a Construction Foreman in Tucson, Arizona, who will manage the installation, removal, and repair of rental fence panels. This role requires a reliable leader with strong customer service skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare site area for fence installation
  • Ensure safety requirements for underground utilities are followed
  • Align and verify vertical alignment of posts
  • Pound posts into the ground using various tools
  • Attach fence rail supports to posts
  • Install rental fence panels as required
  • Field repair temporary fence panels
  • Inspect panels for damage and determine chargeback
  • Drive company truck to customer sites following DOT regulations
  • Complete administrative tasks such as work order signatures

Required skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Mastery with air/hand/power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • 1 year heavy construction experience
  • 1+ years in driving large commercial vehicles (non-CDL)
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Prior fencing experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
