Overview

Proformance Builder Solutions is seeking a Construction Community Area Manager to oversee all construction and office operations in their assigned area in Dallas, Georgia. This leadership role is crucial for managing subcontractors, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in the roofing and construction sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee construction field and office operations in the assigned area.
  • Provide guidance and support to Field Technicians for efficient performance.
  • Assign and manage work orders using Dynamics and Skedulo.
  • Manage subcontractor payroll and performance to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Conduct daily safety checks and document any violations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders.
  • Visit assigned communities regularly to ensure operational success.
  • Document community visits and maintain accurate records in Dynamics.
  • Ensure timely completion of all assigned work orders.
  • Manage material delivery and inventory in coordination with corporate staff.
  • Maintain records of safety and quality chargebacks and operational activities.

Required skills

  • Proven experience in construction management or leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Dynamics and Skedulo
  • Experience in managing safety and quality enforcement
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with payroll management and subcontractor coordination
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
