Overview

Ciao is seeking a Data Science Advisor to join their dynamic team focused on developing systems, web accessibility, and custom development. The role involves analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to support strategic decision-making, while contributing to the design and implementation of analytical and predictive solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and validate a new information ecosystem
  • Find, enrich, transform, interpret, and exploit data autonomously to create strategic information products
  • Analyze results, diagnose trends, and make recommendations to optimize business processes
  • Define, design, and implement performance indicators for strategic and operational accountability across the organization
  • Implement systems and methodologies for monitoring and measuring performance indicators
  • Manage, identify, and interpret large quantities of data from various sources
  • Create visualizations to enhance data comprehension

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intellige
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in machine learning modeling
  • Experience as a data science advisor, totaling at least 440 person-days, excluding data analysis roles
  • Usage of data valuation tools such as Python, SQL, Git, DevOps, and MLOps in similar organizational environments
  • Experience in gathering and drafting business requirements in organizational transformation contexts
  • Understanding of data privacy and integrity issues in programming contexts for governmental data
  • Knowledge of data governance and security practices
  • Familiarity with laws such as law L25
  • Certification in Data Science from a recognized cloud provider or partner
