Overview

Industries Bonneville is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to join their team at their head office in Beloeil and their plant in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle. The role involves supporting HR operations and contributing to a positive work environment, with a focus on talent mobilization, retention, and development within the production teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with employees and management to provide HR support
  • Serve as an ambassador of company culture and code of conduct
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and change initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes such as absences and salary reviews
  • Resolve conflicts and participate in disciplinary actions and internal investigations
  • Collaborate on health and safety initiatives to meet prevention goals
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries with the accounting team
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and probation follow-ups
  • Organize team training activities and maintain employee records
  • Promote employer branding through participation in job fairs and community involvement

Required skills

  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
  • Experience managing CNESST files
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking
  • Strong organizational and confidentiality skills
  • Team spirit
