Overview

Pièces d'auto D.R. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources and Communication Advisor to join their team in Sherbrooke or Magog. This part-time role involves managing human resources and internal and external communications to support the company's growth and culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with company objectives and legal standards
  • Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
  • Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor legislation
  • Promote employee professional development and conduct annual evaluations
  • Analyze staffing needs and manage workforce planning
  • Monitor health and safety measures and payroll benefits
  • Develop and implement the internal and external communication strategy
  • Manage relationships with partners and create content for communication channels
  • Organize internal and external events to strengthen company culture and engagement
  • Track and analyze the impact of communication actions

Required skills

  • Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Management, or related field
  • Strong HR management skills including recruitment and performance management
  • Excellent knowledge of labor standards and CNESST regulations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in internal and external communication with proficiency in digital tools and social media
  • Strong leadership, organization, and change management skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
  • Familiarity with Acomba payroll system is a plus
