GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Tooele, Utah. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, requiring the officer to engage with people and provide a reassuring presence in various environments, including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and verify identity of visitors
  • Manage access control
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents and provide first aid
  • Coordinate with emergency teams
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Required skills

  • Customer service skills
  • Basic phone and computer skills
  • Ability to work in the U.S.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience (preferred)
  • State license if required
