Overview

Aramark Collegiate Hospitality is looking for a Concessions Director to oversee food and beverage operations for athletic events at Texas State University. This role involves developing innovative concessions strategies to provide exceptional experiences for fans and guests, while managing all aspects of dining operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, engage, and develop team members.
  • Ensure food services connect to the Executional Framework.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards in operations.
  • Develop and maintain effective client and customer relationships.
  • Manage budgets, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
  • Achieve food and labor targets while ensuring compliance with operational excellence.
  • Direct operations related to production, distribution, and food service.

Required skills

  • 4 years' experience in food & beverage operation
  • 3-5 years in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work an event-based schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
