Overview

The Computer User Support Specialist at Vanguard Tax LLC will provide essential technical support to staff within a tax and accounting office. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a variety of computer hardware and software, managing office networks, performing system backups, and supporting end-users with applications related to tax and accounting.

Key responsibilities
