You'll help prepare and maintain computers, support IT asset management, and provide entry-level technical troubleshooting for employees working both on-site and remotely. Key Responsibilities Deploy Windows images to desktop and laptop computers. Assist with IT hardware inventory and asset management. Coordinate and perform technology upgrades and repairs. Provide entry-level troubleshooting and technical support to on-site and remote users. Work toward established service levels and performance expectations. Maintain reliable on-site attendance at the assigned office location. Perform other duties as assigned.
