This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built their career specifically within affordable housing compliance and understands the importance of getting the details right. The Compliance Specialist will serve as a key resource for property teams, reviewing resident files, interpreting regulatory requirements, identifying potential compliance issues, and helping ensure properties remain in good standing with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements and other applicable affordable housing regulations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on LIHTC compliance experience, particularly reviewing resident files for new move-ins and recertifications.
