As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals in an apartment setting to support them through their journey to independence! If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional, ARMHS or ILS worker we want to talk to you.Full or Part time day or evening shifts available: Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday 2:00pm-10:30pm; Sunday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm.In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.Benefits of this position include: Full-Time positions are eligible for all benefits (Vacation, Sick time, Health, Dental, and Life Insurance) Part-time (30-39 hrs/week) are also eligible for sick time and health benefits Internal growth/Promotional opportunitiesStarting Salary: $18.50 hourlyBenefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check.
