Overview

Spectrum is seeking a Community Solutions Customer Service Representative I in Buffalo, New York. This role focuses on assisting customers with Spectrum's Community Solutions products and services, emphasizing problem-solving and relationship-building skills. The representative will handle various customer inquiries, manage accounts, and recommend service modifications to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues with Video, Internet, and Streaming services
  • Manage account activation, maintenance, and billing concerns
  • Recommend upgrades and solutions based on customer needs
  • Process orders and navigate account management systems for new sales
  • Facilitate escalations and determine the necessity of field visits for complex issues
  • Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience
  • Achieve sales activity goals and maintain knowledge of Spectrum products

Required skills
