Overview

The Phoenix at Hammond is looking for a Community Sales Director to lead sales and marketing efforts within the community. This role involves generating new sales leads, managing community relations, and collaborating with corporate marketing to optimize lead generation activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and convert them into move-ins
  • Implement Phoenix sales systems at the community level
  • Manage the department budget and sales department invoices
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly sales and marketing productivity reports
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Conduct bi-annual competitive market research
  • Present the company positively to prospective residents and families
  • Lead monthly sales team meetings to review performance and strategy
  • Maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities
  • Conduct tours with prospective residents

Required skills

  • 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior housing
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Windows, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High energy and resourcefulness in problem solving
