Overview

HomeWell Care Services is looking for a Community Relations & Development Manager in Columbus, Ohio, to drive business growth through relationship-based B2B sales in the healthcare sector. This role focuses on building trust and establishing referral partnerships with various healthcare providers to achieve consistent business development and client referrals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Educate referral sources on the value of HomeWell services
  • Drive census growth by asking for business and securing commitments
  • Build and maintain a high-trust referral pipeline
  • Manage territory with a focus on tracking ROI and adjusting strategies

Required skills

  • Proven track record in B2B or Healthcare sales
  • Exceptional face-to-face communication and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
