Fath Properties is searching for a Community Manager to oversee the Trails of Saddlebrook Apartments in Florence, KY. The role involves managing various aspects of property operations, including resident relations, team leadership, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct apartment showings for prospective residents
  • Manage rent collection, breakdown sheets, and bank deposits
  • Respond to resident maintenance requests and schedule repairs
  • Inspect property grounds and facilities for maintenance and safety issues
  • Investigate resident complaints and enforce regulatory actions
  • Plan and coordinate activities of subcontractors on the property
  • Manage and provide coaching to on-site staff
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for employees
  • Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with leasing staff
