Overview

Dream Live Prosper Communities is seeking an experienced and energetic Community Manager for their flagship residential rental community, Dream Asheville Exchange, in Asheville, NC. This role involves overseeing various aspects of property operations while ensuring excellent service for residents and staff, contributing to a positive community environment and business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor leasing documents and data entry
  • Review and approve/decline applications and execute new leases
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing materials to ensure 95% occupancy
  • Assist with court appearances and handle notices
  • Track leasing activity and provide performance data
  • Host monthly leasing meetings to review challenges and incentives
  • Onboard, train, and mentor new Leasing Agents
  • Assist with property inspections and communication with teams

Required skills

  • Strong background in multifamily property management
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills with financial statements
  • Experience with change leadership and project management
  • Proficiency in Appfolio, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
