Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Assistant Community Manager Job Description Job Summary: The Assistant Manager assists residents with lease renewals, maintenance requests, and payments, providing prompt and attentive support. Additionally, they aid in financial tasks and collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and property maintenance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are key in effectively assisting residents, resolving issues, and maintaining records. Qualifications: Customer service or equivalent experience Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills High school diploma Must pass background examinations Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills Must pass background examinations Preferred 5+ years of experience in property management Preferred 2+ years of experience as assistant community manager Responsibilities: Aid in ensuring timely rent and fee collections, and prepare financial reports. Help in managing communication with residents regarding late fees and lease terms. Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively. Support property maintenance standards and ensure timely resolution of service requests. Assist in conducting regular property inspections to maintain safety and appearance standards. Execute marketing surveys and provide insights for improvement based on survey analyses. Oversee all leasing efforts to meet property leasing goals. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to handle resident interactions and resolve issues. Quick learning ability to adapt to various computer systems essential for job functions. Familiarity with property management software and other relevant applications. Proficient in reading and comprehending reports related to property management and market analysis. Maintain thorough records of residency inquiries and applications. Ensure model units and market-ready units are in impeccable condition for showcasing.
