Overview

The Community Manager at Wallick Communities is responsible for leading a team that provides a great resident experience at Four Pointe Apartments in Richmond, KY. This role involves financial management, maintaining community standards, and ensuring high occupancy levels while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals
  • Process community staff payroll
  • Ensure timely collection and deposit of all community revenues
  • Process community invoices for payment and maintain supplies
  • Maintain a minimum occupancy level of 98%
  • Build positive relationships with residents and community owners
  • Approve rental applications and manage move-out processes
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Complete resident file audits and reports for oversight

Required skills

  • 1+ year of residential property management experience; HUD/Section 8 preferred
  • 3 years in a general manager position with people leadership skills
  • High School diploma or associate's degree
  • Dependable with reliable transportation
  • Commitment to exceptional resident service
  • Deadline-driven with attention to detail and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus
