Job Description

Overview

As a Community Manager at Dream Live Prosper Communities, you will oversee multi-million-dollar operations, focusing on investments, resident relations, and team leadership. This role requires collaboration with senior leaders to ensure operational excellence and aims to deliver a "WOW" experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor leasing documents, data entry, and review renters' insurance
  • Review and approve/decline applications and execute new leases
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and ensure 95% occupancy
  • Assist with court appearances and handle notices
  • Track leasing activity and provide performance data
  • Host monthly leasing meetings to address challenges and incentives
  • Onboard, train, and mentor new Leasing Agents
  • Assist with property inspections and manage security deposit dispositions

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
  • Strong background in managing multiple direct reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills, including working with income and financial statements
  • Experience with Appfolio, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
