Overview

Commonwealth is seeking a Community Manager for a manufactured home park in Spanaway, Washington. This role requires overseeing property management tasks for over 150 investment properties, with a strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and tenant relations.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees.
  • Follow up on late or delinquent rents and issue late notices.
  • Enforce rental agreements and facility rules and regulations.
  • Supervise the placement of RVs and manufactured homes.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and maintain tenant files.
  • Promote and rent vacant home and RV spaces.
  • Maintain common areas, grounds, and landscaping.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance of facility equipment.
