Overview

NorthPoint Development LLC is seeking a Community Manager for an in-person role in Riverside, Missouri. The position involves leading maintenance and leasing teams, managing community financials, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Key responsibilities

  • Lead Maintenance and Leasing teams to ensure top-notch customer service and curb appeal
  • Monitor community income and operating expenses
  • Manage and maintain customer billing information
  • Review and process accounts payable for processing
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly owner reporting
  • Oversee leasing, touring, and move-in processes while maintaining occupancy
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
  • Approve and oversee staff schedules
  • Implement market surveys and monthly marketing plans
  • Represent NorthPoint in networking events and committees
  • Resolve resident issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide continual training opportunities for community team
  • Regularly walk buildings, vacant units, and property as required

Required skills

  • High School Diploma, GED or related experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Superior customer service background
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Confidence in interactions with team members and outside parties
  • Collaborative working style
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google applications
  • Experience with Entrata/Yardi and familiarity with Blue Moon lease
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
