Overview

Dream Live Prosper Communities is seeking a Community Manager to oversee their multi-million-dollar operations, including the management of investments, residents, customers, and associates. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership and is focused on delivering exceptional service and achieving superior results in property management and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor leasing documents, data entry, and review renters' insurance
  • Review and approve/decline applications and execute new leases
  • Maintain marketing materials for available units to ensure high occupancy
  • Assist with court appearances and handle notifications
  • Track leasing activity and provide detailed performance data
  • Host monthly leasing meetings to review challenges and performance
  • Onboard, train, and mentor new Leasing Agents
  • Assist with property inspections and communication with teams
  • Manage security deposit dispositions and attend required meetings

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills with financial statements
  • Experience with change leadership and project management
  • Knowledge of Appfolio, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
