No two days are the same-and that's exactly how you like it.If you're someone who naturally builds relationships, enjoys sales, leads by example, and believes every challenge has a solution, you'll fit right in.What You'll DoDrive Leasing SuccessLead leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy.Deliver an outstanding experience for every prospect from first contact through move-in.Emphasize focus on closing techniques, follow-up, and relationship building.Monitor leasing traffic, conversions, renewals, and resident retention.Lead with PositivityCreate a fun, encouraging, and accountable workplace culture.Celebrate wins and motivate your team through challenges.Inspire and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.Deliver an Exceptional Resident ExperienceBuild genuine relationships with residents.Resolve concerns professionally and with empathy.Create a community where residents feel valued and heard.Support resident events and community engagement initiatives.Keep Operations Running SmoothlyOversee daily office operations and administrative responsibilities.Monitor budgets, delinquency, and property performance.Approve invoices and maintain accurate records.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure excellent curb appeal and community standards.Partner with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders and apartment turns.Ensure ComplianceFollow Fair Housing laws and company policies.Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.Ensure all leasing and operational processes are completed accurately and on time. Ensure Affordable Housing ComplianceOversee applicant eligibility, income and asset documentation, certifications, recertifications, and resident file accuracy.Ensure rents, income limits, utility allowances, and applicable program requirements are properly followed.Review files for accuracy and completeness before submission to the compliance team.Track annual recertifications and other required compliance deadlines to ensure they are completed on time Work closely with the compliance team to resolve file corrections and compliance findings promptly.Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation throughout the application, certification, and residency process.Ensure the community remains in compliance with applicable programs, which may include LIHTC, HUD, Section 8 or other affordable housing requirementsWhat Makes Someone Successful Here?We're looking for someone who is:Naturally optimistic and brings positive energy to the teamA people person who enjoys building relationshipsConfident, outgoing, and comfortable asking for the leaseHighly organized and able to juggle multiple prioritiesA problem solver who stays calm under pressureDriven to exceed goals and celebrate successCoachable and always looking to learnA leader who inspires others through actions-not just wordsQualificationsLeadership, customer service, or sales experience preferredProperty management experience is a plus-but not required for the right candidateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization and time managementC
