Overview

Affinity Management Services is seeking a Community Association Manager to enhance community living environments across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County. In this pivotal role, you'll build relationships with association boards and homeowners, manage finances, and supervise vendor services to ensure community satisfaction and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Boards of Directors and homeowners.
  • Address service requests and investigate complaints promptly.
  • Manage vendor relationships and supervise service quality.
  • Oversee the implementation of protective systems for community assets.
  • Inspect community facilities to determine maintenance and security needs.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports.
  • Manage the association's finances and prepare annual budgets.
  • Respond to association emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare RFPs for major projects and manage vendor interactions.
  • Attend Board of Directors meetings and assist with record management.

Required skills

  • Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred
  • Active CAM License
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management
  • General computer skills
