Overview

Affinity Management Services is seeking a Community Association Manager in Delray Beach, Florida to cultivate thriving communities through relationship management and effective oversight of community operations. This role involves supporting association boards, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring financial health of the associations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with the Board of Directors and homeowners
  • Manage vendors and supervise the quality of their services
  • Implement systems for the protection of community assets and records
  • Inspect community facilities for maintenance and security needs
  • Investigate accidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Prepare meeting agendas and manage record keeping
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets
  • Analyze expenses and suggest funding for financial responsibility
  • Manage major improvement projects and vendor interactions
  • Review and approve payroll for direct employees and vendor invoices

Required skills

  • Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred
  • Active CAM License
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management
  • General Computer Skills
