Overview

Cuso International is seeking a passionate volunteer Communications Officer to support the Women's Centre of Jamaica Foundation by enhancing their communication systems. This role involves managing social media, creating content, and developing branding materials to improve program visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and enhance the Women's Centre's social media presence
  • Create and manage website content, including newsletters and blog posts
  • Plan and lead training sessions for staff on communication methods
  • Contribute to public relations initiatives, including preparing annual reports
  • Assess communication strengths and identify opportunities for improvement

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
