Overview

Cuso International is seeking a Communications Officer to support the Women's Centre of Jamaica Foundation in enhancing their communication strategies. This volunteer role, based in Kingston, Jamaica, focuses on increasing the visibility of the Foundation's programs through effective communication and social media management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and elevate the Foundation's communications, including social media engagement
  • Create materials and distribute content across various social platforms
  • Design, develop, and publish website content including newsletters and blogs
  • Plan and execute training sessions for staff on innovative communication methods
  • Contribute to public relations initiatives and compile annual reports
