Overview

Enviro Connexions is seeking a Temporary Office Clerk in Beloeil, Quebec, to support daily office operations and provide a warm professional welcome to visitors. This role is an integral part of the team, contributing to various administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and manage incoming communications
  • Analyze and track container overloads, including photo validations and system updates
  • Produce monthly weight reports and relay information to clients
  • Verify non-standard accounts and correct billing anomalies
  • Support analyses related to route closures and billing
  • Update various reports daily and weekly to assist management decision-making
  • Perform residential and subcontract route closure and analysis
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment and participate in team initiatives

Required skills

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and punctuality
  • Bilingualism in French/English
