Overview

Brossard Hyundai is looking for a dedicated and passionate Commis-comptable to join their dynamic team. This role supports the accounting department in a fast-paced environment and offers opportunities for professional growth and development within one of the largest Hyundai dealerships in Quebec.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform daily deposit accounting and bank reconciliations
  • Monitor and reconcile vehicle inventory financing
  • Validate, code, and enter supplier invoices and prepare payments
  • Input new and used vehicle sales records into the management system
  • Assist in maintaining administrative files and organizing accounting documents
  • Collaborate closely with sales and administration teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide reception support during occasional replacements

Required skills

  • 2 years of experience as a Commis-comptable
  • Experience in accounting within the automotive sales industry (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with Serti and Merlin software (an asset)
