Overview

Gestion de Personnel 10-04 is seeking a Commis comptable for a full bookkeeping role in a stable corporate environment. The position involves managing complete bookkeeping tasks and ensuring accurate financial tracking, playing a vital role within the finance team.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure complete bookkeeping and accounting data entry
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable (invoicing, payments, follow-ups)
  • Verify and process supporting documents and accounting entries
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and monitoring tables
  • Participate in month-end and year-end processes
  • Collaborate with external accountants and the finance team

Required skills

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Acomba, Sage, QuickBooks or other)
  • Good understanding of accounting cycles
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Fluency in French, with English as an asset
  • Comfortable in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
