Overview

Zolman's Best One Tire & Service is looking for a qualified Commercial Tire Technician to join their South Bend location. The role involves hands-on work with commercial and large equipment tires, requiring a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Technicians will perform various tasks including tire removal, installation, and repair, both in-shop and at customer locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Remove, install, rotate, balance, and perform flat repairs on commercial and large equipment tires
  • Safely operate all shop machinery and service truck equipment
  • Inspect tires for defects and perform basic maintenance
  • Drive service truck to customer locations for road service
  • Complete inspection forms and report potential repairs to supervisor
  • Read work orders and perform assigned tasks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required skills

  • Tire repair experience
