Overview

BEST ONE TIRE & SERVICE is seeking an experienced Commercial Tire Road Service Technician to join their team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This full-time position involves operating heavy-duty service trucks to manage tire services for commercial fleets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate heavy-duty service trucks and associated tools
  • Remove, install, rotate, and balance commercial tires in shop and at fleet locations
  • Evaluate tire conditions to determine repair or replacement needs
  • Provide on-site fleet inspections and tire recommendations
  • Perform Emergency Road Service for tire repairs and replacements
  • Prepare detailed paperwork on-site for services performed
  • Communicate fleet needs with Service and Sales
  • Maintain assigned service truck for preventive maintenance
