Overview

BEST ONE TIRE & SERVICE is looking for a Commercial Tire Road Service Technician for its Salisbury location. The role involves working with heavy-duty trucks and providing excellent customer service, focusing on tire installation and maintenance both in the shop and on-site at fleet locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate heavy-duty service trucks and associated tools
  • Remove, install, rotate, and balance commercial tires in the shop and at fleet locations
  • Evaluate tire conditions for repair or replacement
  • Provide fleet inspections and make tire recommendations
  • Perform emergency road service to repair or replace blown tires
  • Prepare paperwork detailing services performed
  • Maintain assigned service truck and ensure preventive maintenance
  • Effectively communicate fleet needs with Service and Sales
