Overview

Bluedrop LLC is looking for a Commercial Service Technician to join their service team in Easton, Massachusetts. The role involves addressing water quality issues for both residential and commercial clients through the design and installation of purification equipment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform operational checks and routine filter changes on systems
  • Troubleshoot various types of equipment
  • Assist in maintaining vehicle and warehouse inventory
  • Complete assigned service routes efficiently
  • Interface with customers during site visits and service calls
  • Maintain a clean and orderly service vehicle
  • Comply with company vehicle maintenance policies
  • Prepare accurate and complete paperwork
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • Skilled in hand and power tools used in plumbing
  • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete projects unsupervised
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Water filtration or plumbing experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a good record
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • 3 years of related work experience
