Overview

Thompson Tire and Service is seeking energetic and team-oriented Commercial Tire Service Technicians in Dubuque, Iowa. The role involves performing diagnostic, tire repairs, and maintenance procedures on customer vehicles, focusing on delivering efficient and high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Mount, balance, rotate, and repair all types of tires
  • Perform tire and wheel service and maintenance
  • Drive to deliver and pick up merchandise and move customers' vehicles
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service truck in good condition
  • Operate a forklift after receiving certification
  • Complete all required training and attend meetings
  • Process necessary paperwork in a timely manner
  • Observe all safety rules and procedures
