Overview

Thompson Tire & Service is seeking Commercial Tire Service Technicians in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role involves providing tire and wheel service and maintenance, ensuring quality and safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service at various locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic tire repairs and maintenance at customer locations
  • Mount, balance, rotate, and repair various types of tires
  • Drive for merchandise delivery and vehicle movement
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service truck in clean and efficient condition
  • Assist with inventory management and physical inventory
  • Complete all required training and attend meetings
  • Process paperwork in a timely manner
  • Follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment
