Overview

As a Commercial Sales Representative at GEICO, you will play a crucial role in providing insurance coverage to businesses across the country. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, helping customers find the right insurance solutions while developing your sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Build rapport with inbound callers to understand their insurance needs
  • Guide customers through coverage options and prepare quotes
  • Convert quotes to policies while providing excellent customer service
  • Meet sales targets and participate in a high-volume call center environment

Required skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Active listening skills and clear presentation of complex information
  • Commercial Insurance Sales experience and an active P&C Producer License preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
