Overview

Sprague Pest Solutions is looking for a Commercial Fumigation Route Manager based in Stockton, California, to manage a dedicated route of commercial clients. This role involves delivering specialized fumigation and pest management services while building long-term client relationships and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Own a dedicated route of commercial and industrial clients
  • Deliver specialized fumigation and pest management services
  • Respond to fumigation needs, inspections, and service requests
  • Adapt scheduling to meet client needs, including urgent services
  • Build strong client relationships and support sales efforts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized company vehicle and equipment
  • Engage in ongoing training and maintain relevant certifications

Required skills

  • Active Qualified License Applicator (QLA) license
  • Hands-on commercial fumigation experience
  • Strong knowledge of fumigant products and safety protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of experience in roles such as route sales or facilities management
