Overview

Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Commercial Route Manager with an active Qualified License Applicator (QLA) license to manage a route of commercial and industrial clients. This role involves delivering specialized fumigation and pest management services while maintaining safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial and industrial clients
  • Deliver specialized fumigation and pest management services
  • Respond to fumigation needs and service requests with precision
  • Adapt schedule to meet client demands, including urgent services
  • Build strong client relationships and identify additional service needs
  • Maintain vehicle, equipment, and documentation to reflect professionalism

Required skills

  • Active Qualified License Applicator (QLA) license or ability to obtain it
  • Hands-on commercial fumigation experience
  • Knowledge of fumigant products, regulations, and safety standards
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
