Overview

As a Commercial Route Manager at Sprague Pest Solutions, you will leverage your people skills and hands-on experience to manage a dedicated route of commercial clients, providing pest control and inspection services. You'll build strong relationships with clients while solving pest management problems and ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients providing pest control services
  • Identify and control pests using provided training and tools
  • Build trust and relationships with clients to understand their pest management needs
  • Respond quickly to client complaints and service requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized company service vehicle
  • Seek opportunities to grow accounts and increase sales
  • Participate in training and certification programs

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience in pest control, landscaping, agriculture, or food production
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Ability to work effectively in varying environments and manage time
