Overview

The Commercial Route Manager at Sprague Pest Solutions will leverage their hands-on experience to manage a pest control route, helping local businesses maintain pest-free environments. This role offers the freedom to manage one's schedule, provides training, and focuses on building relationships with clients in the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and control pests with provided training
  • Visit local businesses to ensure pest-free environments
  • Use tools and technology to solve pest issues on-site
  • Build trust and become the go-to expert for clients
  • Manage own route and schedule
  • Identify opportunities for territory growth

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Attention to detail
  • Drive to learn and grow as a team
  • 2+ years in route sales, facilities management, or similar fields
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to meet DOT physical standards
