Overview

Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Commercial Route Manager to provide expert pest control and inspection services to commercial clients. This role involves managing a dedicated route, responding to service requests, and identifying opportunities for service expansion while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients
  • Provide proactive and knowledgeable guidance on pest management
  • Respond quickly to client complaints and service requests
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and generate sales leads
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized company vehicle
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs

Required skills

  • 2 years of experience in route sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Time management skills
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
