Overview

Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Commercial Route Manager in Banks, Idaho who will manage a dedicated route providing pest control and inspection services to commercial clients. The role combines problem-solving and customer service to ensure pest-free environments for various businesses while contributing to a supportive team culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Own a dedicated route of commercial clients and deliver expert pest control services
  • Quickly respond to service requests and complaints with professionalism
  • Adapt schedule to client needs, including urgent and unscheduled services
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and support the sales team
  • Maintain a clean and stocked company vehicle

Required skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience in route sales, facilities management, customer service, or related fields
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary technology
